Design

As you think about subject matter for your postcard submission, consider the following: Why do you love living in Michigan? What is your favorite season in Michigan? Are there places you love to visit on a daily basis? Do you have a favorite vacation destination in Michigan? Are there places you love to visit that have been built or renovated in the past twenty years?

Judging Process and Criteria

Postcard entries will be narrowed down by representatives of the AIGA Detroit board. Online voting will be open to the public and will begin after the AIGA Detroit representatives have screened all entries. All those who have submitted will be notified via email when this process begins. The top 25 designs selected from online voting will be printed. Notification of top 25 will be posted on this website.

The representatives of the AIGA Detroit board will select honorees based on the following key criteria:

  2. Original design and execution. This is your opportunity to express your opinions and feelings in a unique and clever way, be creative and have fun.
